How we rate

Our public methodology. Updated 27 October 2026.

Step 1: the PAGCOR list gate

We only list, link or rate an operator whose brand and exact domain appear on PAGCOR's published lists (currently those dated 8 October 2026; see registered domains). Operators that are not listed are never linked. We re-check the lists regularly and log changes on the corrections page.

Step 2: what we show before testing

Until we have tested an operator ourselves, pages show "Not yet rated" and only facts printed by PAGCOR: company, brand, registered domains and game offering. We publish no bonus amounts, payout times or payment methods that we have not verified, with the date checked.

Step 3: planned scoring criteria (not yet applied to any operator)

Scores will be out of 5 and published only after hands-on testing, with the test date and the tester's name. A rating can fall or an operator can be removed if the PAGCOR list changes.

Planned hands-on test protocol (no operator has been tested yet)

Status: we have not yet opened accounts, deposited or withdrawn at any operator, so there are no ratings and no test results on this site. The steps below are the protocol we will follow before any page can be called a review.

Setup: open the operator from PAGCOR Guarantee, register with a real ID, complete KYC, and record dates and screenshots.
Payments: make a small deposit and a withdrawal using each method the cashier shows; record the amount, method, stated processing time and the actual time.
Terms: read bonus and account terms; record turnover, caps and expiry exactly as shown.
Protection tools: check deposit limits, cool-off, self-exclusion and the helpline link.
Support: ask a standard question and record response time and quality.
Publish: the score, the test dates and what we did not test. Ratings are re-checked when PAGCOR's list changes or when readers report problems (corrections).

Testers may not gamble beyond what the test needs, and we never encourage readers to copy a test. Our own data and tools are in /data/; our sources are listed on our sources.

Independence

We may earn a commission if you use links on this site (disclosure). Commissions and links never change ratings or whether an operator is listed. We are an independent information site: we are not a PAGCOR-accredited affiliate and are not affiliated with PAGCOR, and we do not accept bets. (PAGCOR's published "List of PAGCOR-Accredited Gaming Affiliates" dated 14 October 2026 is headed "Game Content Providers": it lists game suppliers, not marketing websites like ours.)

What we never do

Link operators that are not on PAGCOR's lists, or promote e-sabong.
Publish "guaranteed win" systems, APK files or influencer-style promotions.
Invent ratings, bonus amounts or payout times.
