Turnover meaning in online casino (Tagalog) and why your withdrawal is pending
Ano ang turnover o wagering requirement? How it blocks withdrawals, with an invented example, plus a checklist for pending withdrawals. Educational, 21+.

Many "pending withdrawal" complaints come down to one word: turnover. This guide explains it in plain English with a little Taglish. It does not recommend any operator, and you must be 21+.
Other terms (KYC, scatter, NDRP) are explained in the PAGCOR glossary.
Ano ang turnover?
Turnover (also called a wagering or rollover requirement) is how much you must bet before bonus money, and sometimes winnings from it, can be withdrawn. The exact rule is in the operator's bonus terms, so read them before you accept a bonus.
Invented example (not a real offer): if a ₱100 bonus has a 20x turnover, you must place ₱100 × 20 = ₱2,000 in total bets before you can withdraw. Bets count at the operator's own rates, and some games may count less or not at all, so check the terms.
Bakit pending ang withdrawal? A checklist
- Turnover not complete. Check your account's remaining turnover, if the operator shows it.
- KYC incomplete. On licensed platforms PAGCOR said initial KYC must come before depositing (see KYC); extra checks can appear at withdrawal.
- Name mismatch between your account and your wallet or bank.
- Internal review or the payment provider's own checks.
- E-wallet limits. Rules for wallets and gambling changed in 2025; see what the BSP order changed.

What to do
- Write to the operator's support with your player ID, amount, date and any reference number, and keep screenshots.
- Do not pay any "fee", "tax" or "unlock deposit" to release funds. That is a scam sign.
- Confirm the operator is on PAGCOR's list. If it is licensed and still will not pay, see how to file a PAGCOR complaint; if it is not listed, report it through Hotline 1326.
Prevention
Read the cashier terms and bonus rules first, verify early, and set a deposit limit. If gambling is causing stress, see help and self-exclusion.
