How to read PAGCOR's registered brands and domains lists (columns, asterisks, sub-domains)
A plain guide to PAGCOR's PDF lists of registered brands and domain names: what each column means, main brand and sub-brands, sub-domains and additional URLs, and what we do with asterisks.
On this page (4 sections)
PAGCOR's regulatory page publishes PDF lists of registered brands and domains (pagcor.ph/regulatory). They are the best official source for "is this address registered?", but the tables are dense. You must be 21+ to gamble. Here is how we read them.
The two lists we use
- List of PAGCOR-Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs ("as of October 20, 2026" on the current edition; we first read the 8 October one). Columns: number, gaming system administrator (the company), game offering, main brand (max of 1), root word, sub brand (max of 6), main domain, sub-domain and additional URL.
- List of Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs of Licensed Casinos (also "as of October 20, 2026"), for integrated resorts. Columns: number, integrated resort, suite of games, main brand, root word, sub brand, main domain, sub-domain and additional URL.
Reading a row
- One company (administrator or integrated resort) can have one main brand and up to six sub-brands, each with several domains.
- Main domain, sub-domain and additional URL are all registered addresses. If your address appears in any of them, it is on the list; if it differs by a character, it is not.
- Rows are merged cells: one company's game offerings and domains span several lines, and neighbouring rows interleave in plain text. That is why we mapped brands to rows by reading the page images and had the mapping independently re-checked.
- Several brands can reuse a name (for example the same ArenaPlus-named address appears under more than one administrator; see our ArenaPlus page).
What about the asterisk?
Some game offerings are printed with an asterisk. The PDF text we read does not explain it, so our tables leave asterisked items out and show only the unmarked game offerings. If a row is too tangled to read reliably, we print no game offering and say so.
What the lists do not tell you
- They do not rate operators or promise fair treatment; a listing is not a safety guarantee.
- They change: between March 2025 and October 2026 hundreds of domains were removed and added (comparison).
- They do not name individual slot titles.
Use the lists with PAGCOR Guarantee, our registered-domains page and the licence checker. Step by step: how to check a PAGCOR licence. Gambling can be addictive; know when to stop.
Frequently asked questions
What columns are in PAGCOR's list of accredited gaming system administrators?
The October 2026 PDF has columns for number, gaming system administrator, game offering, main brand (max of 1), root word, sub brand (max of 6), main domain, sub-domain and additional URL.
What does the asterisk next to a game offering mean?
The PDF text we read does not explain it. We leave asterisked game offerings out of our tables rather than guess.
Paano basahin ang listahan ng PAGCOR?
Hanapin ang eksaktong address sa 'main domain', 'sub-domain' o 'additional URL' ng isang administrator. Hindi sapat ang pangalan ng brand.
