What changed on PAGCOR's list of registered domains between March 2025 and October 2026

PAGCOR publishes its registered brands and domains as PDF lists that change over time. We compared two editions to show how much, and why an address that was fine last year is not proof today. Counts come from our own text extraction of the PDFs (formatting quirks could shift them slightly), so treat them as approximate.

The numbers

	March 2025	October 2026
List date	18 March 2025	20 October 2026
Registered domain names extracted	375	491
On the 2025 list but not the 2026 list	210	n/a
New on the 2026 list	n/a	326
On both lists	165	165

Sources: PAGCOR's List of Service Providers and Registered Domains/URLs (PDF, 18 March 2025), which also contains the approved platforms of licensed casinos, and the two lists ("as of October 20, 2026") linked from PAGCOR's regulatory page. The structure of the lists changed between editions, so some of the movement is re-registration under new names or layouts rather than operators leaving.

The edition we first read (8 October) versus 20 October

We first extracted the lists on 27 October from files that read "as of 8 October 2026"; PAGCOR has since published editions that read "as of October 20, 2026", and this page now compares against those. Between the two October editions 10 domains left and 4 arrived: casinoplus.ai, okadaonlinecasino.com, thunderbirdonlineporo.com, thunderbirdonlinerizal.com and six megawagi addresses were removed, and okadaonline.com, megakingdom88.com, vplus-ai.xyz and vplus-mx.net were added. That is a reminder that the lists can change within two weeks: an address that matched on one date may not match on the next. We then re-read every mapped row (company, printed game offering, main domain) against page images of the 20 October edition and corrected two entries: DeskGame (the offering we had included Specialty Games, which that row does not print) and the Newport entry (PAGCOR's main brand is now Newport Epic World at newportepicworld.com).

What this means for you

• A domain that was listed in 2025 may not be listed now. Old bookmarks, saved links and shared APKs can point at addresses PAGCOR no longer lists. Re-check against the current domain list.
• Brand-name searches are not enough. In our comparison, two domains containing "playtime" were on the 2025 list and none are on the 2026 list, while two containing "ptgaming" appear only in 2026 (PT Gaming page, brand check). We do not claim they are the same operator; use only addresses on the current list.
• Look-alikes multiply. Many families of addresses are registered together, and scammers copy the pattern (scam signs, fake PAGCOR sites).
• Licence counts are falling too. PAGCOR's chairman said online gaming licensees fell from 74 to 48 (news).
